What do you mean by "Pour-Over" option?
We understand that you are as concerned about the environment as we are. In our unique "Pour-Over" mechanism, we deliver the products into your containers at your doorstep and thus eliminating any use of additional packaging.
When will I receive my order?
The orders placed before 8 pm will be delivered by 10 am day after tomorrow. This is to ensure that you receive the order which is freshly prepared.
Is there a minimum order value?
No, there is no minimum order value. However, we provide free deliveries for the orders above INR 1499.
What payment options do you offer?
We offer credit card/debit card/net banking/UPI and Cash on delivery (COD).
How can I track my order?
An email is sent to you after you place the order. You will receive another message when your order is dispatched.
Can I return or cancel my order?
All your orders are freshly prepared upon receipt. It becomes difficult for us to manage any cancellations or return of orders as they would already be under process. If you still wish to do this, please get in touch with us.
Can I add items to my order after it is placed?
If you wish to add any items to your order, please place a new order for the additional items.
Can I change the address of my delivery after the order is made?
No, the address cannot be changed after the order is placed. Please ensure the proper delivery address prior to placing the order.
Do you deliver to my location?
We currently deliver to majority of the areas in Bengaluru. Please check your pin code on our store to ensure that your location is covered.
Do you have a physical store?
Not yet! All orders are prepared, packed and shipped from our central facility in Bengaluru.
